Dogs and cats are increasingly vital members of modern families, offering companionship and unwavering love. But can your pet also make you more attractive to potential partners? New research confirms it: many singles view pet ownership—particularly dogs—as a major draw.
PetSmart and Match.com surveyed 1,210 single pet owners (60% female, 40% male), with 72% owning dogs and 42% owning cats. Strikingly, 35% of women and 26% of men said they’re more attracted to someone with a pet.
