GaiaZOO is excited to unveil its new red panda enclosure in the Taiga area, officially opened yesterday after sharing a sneak peek of the charming arrival just days earlier. These vibrant animals now share their spacious habitat with muntjacs.
Our facility houses a male group of red pandas, with two more males scheduled to arrive in the second half of this year. As active participants in the European Endangered Species Programme (EEP), GaiaZOO contributes to vital conservation efforts for this highly threatened species.
